Growth Manager
Help grow TyreSpot's approved garage network and customer base. You will lead strategy for user acquisition and partner expansion.
What you'll do
- Design and execute data-driven experiments to lower CAC and increase LTV.
- Strategize garage partner acquisition and manage the onboarding pipeline.
- Collaborate with product teams to build viral loops and referral programs.
- Analyze platform data to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of scaling marketplaces or high-growth tech startups.
- Expertise in analytical tools (PostHog, Mixpanel) and performance marketing.
- Strong communication skills for negotiating with major garage networks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a 'get stuff done' attitude.
